About this competition
The K.K. Luthra Memorial Moot, hosted by Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, is one of India's oldest and most respected criminal law moots, held each January in memory of the eminent criminal lawyer K.K. Luthra.
The problem is typically set in a fictional common-law jurisdiction and turns on questions of criminal law, evidence, and procedure. The competition regularly attracts teams from across India and abroad, and its bench draws senior advocates and judges from the Delhi legal community.
