Mrs. Meena Pershad Waghray is the founder of OutofCourt.in — a lawyer, mediator, mediation trainer and Professor of Practice. She has trained nearly 3,000 people in mediation, pioneered India's first Young Mediators Training Programme, and works to make dispute resolution practical and reachable, and mediation education available to the young.
