1st FairLex × Sanely Legal National Arbitration Moot Court Competition, 2026

Students of a three-year or five-year LL.B. at a recognised Indian law school. Teams of two or three, ideally two speakers and a researcher; only speakers address the tribunal. UP TO THREE teams per institution, and cross-institutional teams are allowed (counting against each institution's quota). Fee Rs 1,500 per team, due with registration by 3 November 2026, 11:59 pm IST. Memorials for both sides due 6 November.

A first-edition online arbitration moot over three days, with Rs 21,200 in cash prizes and paid internships for the winners and runners-up. Worth knowing before you pay: this is run by two private legal ventures rather than a law school, and the published fee goes to a named individual's personal bank account rather than an institutional one. That is not unusual for a new competition, but satisfy yourself about the organisers first — and keep your payment receipt.
